Brief description:

Lab High Shear Emulsion Homogenizer

This machine is our product newly developed by technology from Germany. It is made as per Germany specialty technology which has the accurate date theory, unique design and manufacturing technology, so as to ensure the tiptop cutoff frequency, the least disperse grain and the most prominent quality..

Working process:

The homogenizer on main shaft working by electromotor makes the material produce high centrifugal speed. By strong cutting off, impact and turbulence from high shear wheel and the cutting case, the material turns to particles of 200nm-2um at the cutting interstices and dispersed within a short time.

Features:

The mix adopts moveable installation with manual/hydraulic lift mechanism which is easy to operate. The mixer costs you less but makes big profits and be used to a variety of materials. It can be used both separately and in combination with other equipments. Contact material is stainless steel to prevent the mixer from being corroded by erosion material. With the seal sleeve on the main shaft, the mixer is capable of working in vacuum while it is cooled by cooling water.

Cosmetics, emulsion, bath shampoo, ointment, tooth paste, sauces, beverage emulsion, liquid fragrance, oil mixture, pharmaceuticals, coating and adhesive.
